"We loved this hotel. Super communication, easy access and easy, free parking. The room was really lovely and spacious with huge bathroom area, looked all new and was very clean. We didn't use it but liked the fact there was a small honesty bar and lounge area. My husband liked the chocolates in reception😂 Location was superb, walking into centre in two mins and we highly recommend it."

The receptionist had the worst most acrid body odour I’ve ever smelt. We were shown a smelly, small dark room (which we declined) We were going to stay at first having booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. "La chambre n'est pas conforme à sa description : - elle est beaucoup petite que les photos - 1 prise seulement fonctionne sur 3 - je n'ai jamais eu le WIFI - le radiateur fonctionne une fois sur trois, qui plus est n'est même pas accroché correctement - l'hygiène à mon arrivée était déplorable - l'espace « Dining Area » n'existe pas - la personne du dessus ne se gêne pas pour faire du bruit donc « la bonne entente » est à revoir. 30€ m’ont été réclamé pour la lessive du linge (que je n'ai même...
