“We stayed here for an extended weekend bithday trip and will definitely be back. The house is spotless clean with everything you might need or think you might need for a weekend vaction! House also has a boat slip and golf cart to rent as well! Make sure this is your pick for those weekends in Homosassa and get all Homosassa has to offer right at the end of the drive way! Can't wait to be back ”

“Visiting family in the area and location worked out perfectly. Enjoyed the pool one day. Plenty of room and felt safe, secure in area. Biggest pro for me was only one TV in the unit. I enjoyed the quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The place was prefect.”

“This is a quaint bungalow condo. The house was immaculate providing for all basic amenities. It's important to keep in mind that the property is located on a marsh, so it can get a bit buggy during the summer months. Can't beat the location, especially if you have a boat! ”

It was sparsely furnished, could use more to make it cozier and less echo. Had no hand towels or dish towels.We would rent again, hopefully next year!”

“We had a nice relaxing time at Boaters paradise. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to prepare a meal. The beds , sheets and towels were all nice quality and comfortable. We loved the water view and enjoyed several beautiful sun sets in the patio. The pool was very nice ( appreciated all the beach towels too!) we enjoyed having our boat there .
