“Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares. “We enjoyed the house. In winter when we were there, the pool takes a long time to heat. The attached spa takes less time but if the days & esp. the nights are below 60 both take a while to heat. We did get a few days of pleasant swimming once the pool heated up. Check in was easy. House is well equipped. We loved visiting parks in the Ocala area so the house is well situated for that. We did find the beds & pillows could have been better but everyone has their own needs in that regard. All in...

“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...
