Nice stay

The hotel is in the city centre with many options for coffee and food. Nearby there was also a supermarket and a souvenir shop. The room was big and warm (the weather was chilly). The bed was hard but comfortable to sleep. The bathroom looked a bit shabby but overall it was okay. The only real problem was the internet connection on the first day which improved during the remaining days. Breakfast was modest but fine - they were offering several options of hot meals, pastry, fruits, nuts, drinks.

The hotel stay was just what I needed. Friendly staff, quick easy check-in, comfortable bed, nice shower, good Internet. My only issue was the shuttle driver never showed up. The hotel paid for the taxi which was fine, but I had to call to find out the driver was not coming for some reason. It would be better if they contacted me first to tell me to take a taxi, rather than I look around and wait for the driver.

Trash

The room was not properly cleaned, it lacked toilet paper and had stains in the toilet. The AC was barely working and when i checked out they wanted cash, even through hotels.com states you pay online. They didnt take card because their machine lacked paper. I only stayed in the room 5 hours for sleep, and that was more than enough!

도심 접근성은 매우 좋다. 오페라하우스에서 보인다. 약 150m 거리. 짧은 숙박이라면 추천. 장기 숙박은 좀 생각해야 한다. 샤워에 필요한 뜨거운 물은 전기온수기를 통하여 나온다. 호텔에서 노출된 전기온수기는 처음 경험했다. 차가운 물 샤워기가 막혔는지 샴푸 후에 한참을 씻어냈다. 그렇다고 실망하지는 않았다. 중앙아시아 3성급 호텔은 거의 유사하기 때문이다. 나는 크게 기대하지 않았으며, 요금 대비 만족했다.
