The 110 square meter detached house offers living space for 4 people. Ideal for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters. Parking directly at the house. Internet access, shopping facilities in about 50 m, leisure fun in the surrounding area. Motorway entrances and exits (Cologne, Krefeld-Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf) in approx. 200 m. S-Bahn (approx. 300m) with a direct connection to Düsseldorf Airport, Düsseldorf Exhibition Center, connection to Cologne and Neuss city center. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and tub. 1. Bedroom with a double bed, 2. Bedroom with 1 single bed and a sofa, 3. Bedroom with 1 single bed. The lower floor also offers a separate spacious kitchen and dining room and an additional toilet.

A nice house & a friendly and helpfull host
Had a two nights stay, and everything went really welll. The house had all we needed, and was nice and clean. Late check-in was no problem, and the host was very friendly and helpfull with answers on where to buy breakfast, and a phone no for a taxi. My best recomendation

Het is een ruim huis, maar een aantal dingen zoals b.v. de koelkast zijn zeker niet nieuw meer. Het ligt heel centraal, dichtbij de snelweg, supermarkt met verse broodjes, en de S baan.
