"I was in town for a quick trip. Check in process was easy, Beds are comfortable. Great neighborhood on the golf course. House was clean, everything worked, kitchen was adequately supplied with cooking utensils. I would stay here again."

"The house more than met our needs. With two primary suites it was just what we needed since we were traveling with my mother that is 93. The house was very clean except the glasses in the cabinet which we had to wash. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter to have a good time. We did quite a bit of cooking and everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again."

Our only disappointment was that the hot tub did not get very hot during our stay. We were told the pool was heated but may not get very warm due to the seasonal temperature which was ok with us but we did want the hot tub to be a little warmer. Thanks for a great stay."

"We have stayed at multiple rental homes with our family and this one far surpassed them all. House was spacious comfortable and unbelievably well equipped with anything you can possibly need. The backyard is really what made our stay most enjoyable. It was large with plenty of couches and chairs plus a dining table too. Management was very responsive and instructions throughout the house were very clear."

"We enjoyed our stay at this VBRO. Our grandsons enjoyed lots of basketball and our daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pools. The main drawback was that it is located quite a distance from any main attractions, the Gulf, or the Ocean. Travel in Florida is very congested making it more time consuming than what we are used to living in a rural community. However, we would definitely return!"

"Trash was overflowed outside of our place when we arrived, we had a garbage bag in the kitchen that didn’t fit the can, and when we asked where spares were they only supply 1. No extra toilet paper either, essentials like this should be listed especially for those flying. Pool was full of hair & water balloons. "This property is good for short stay but we booked it for three months, we were given total of 8 bath towels 4 hand towels and 4 face cloths for 4 adults. We requested more and were told that is what they supplied. Needs a few more supples for long term stays.The pictures of the back patio must be from many years ago. "The property was not clean and prepared for our arrival which I had to pay extra for to check-in in the am. blown bulbs dead batteries in more than one remote. TV not hooked up. Trash was full. house looked dirty. Pool area riddled with spider webs cigarette butts. Paid for the pool warming, it didn't happen until the afternoon before my morning departure. Worst of all my skin is shedding from the mites in the master bedroom"
