"Was not pleased we couldn’t check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? Not Acceptable! "

"Lady at the front desk was so nice. She was a pleasure to talk to. Said I reminded her for her PE teacher. I assume he was a good-looking man lol. Good location and we enjoyed the pool. "
