"Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. "Easy place to find. was there for fishing tournament and driveway was a little difficult to park 2 trucks and a boat but was doable. Would have no problem staying here again. Owner was super easy to deal with and refrigerator had breakfast food ready to cook."
