Your spacious retreat on the west side of Edmonton — just minutes from West Edmonton Mall, Anthony Henday, and Whitemud Drive. Perfect for families and groups, this home comfortably sleeps 10 and includes a hot tub, screened porch, and fully fenced yard.

- Late checkout – $100/hr.
- Hot tub misuse/refill – $250.
- Extra cleaning – $50/hr.



Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

A great stay for us to meet other family and spend time close to the arena and WEM over the thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of appliances (even a turkey roaster). We had ten people, comfortably.
