"Room completed flooded, all my things got wet and ruined. No wifi. No toilet paper. No soap. Comforters were not clean. Bathroom shower shocked me the entire time, had to leave after 1 night of our stay. Deceiving ad, and owner doesn’t want to refund after the inadequacy. Disappointed on hotels.con part, this place needs to be unlisted."

"Lovely staff in all areas. Bar Manager Wael was great. Always making sure we were happy with the service. Barmen work hard everywhere, always smiling and eager to pkease. Good location. Choice of pools. We chose Chillax, over 16's. Restaurant staff very helpful. Air con in the rooms not overly effective, but it was 45 degrees 😂. Would go again."

"Unforgettable memories over there. From check in to check out throughout five star services. The staff ,the managers, Potters also food hall management .The food drinks fruits deserts also come every minute to u and ask if we need anything. They happily allowed us to stay and eat even we checkout. There us a Mosque iside the Resort gor every day pray including Friday pray There r Six extra restaurants including Atalian Turkish Brazilian which is all iin your hotel price.Any time u can take drinks wraps to eat .every 2 minutes there is golf carts running to pick n drop to anywhere inside the resorts.There is also tennis court table tennis swimming pools water slides also snorkeling services. Now i conclude everything was beyond your expectations. I definitely 💯percent will recommend in Sharm el sheikh. Superb "

"It’s a 3* - and very good for that level. The staff were very friendly overall - the service isn’t great - had to go on the hunt for cutlery most meal times. The food was tasty - some days more than others - always found something to eat but we aren’t that fussy - and went out for dinner quite a lot for a change of scene. Entertainment was poor - but we aren’t into that anyway. Rooms big and cleaned every day. Good pool towels - changed each day. Pool areas good - clean and in good condition. Comfy sunloungers. Mainly servicing Egyptian and Russian customers - we liked it and felt very comfortable there. It was a base to sleep and shower while we explored the beaches and did trips. It’s absolutely not a luxury hotel - you’ll need to pay for that. If you want a cheap clean option and actually feel like you are in Egypt then it’s perfect! It was great as an additional cheap holiday to get some sunshine - weather at Easter was fantastic. Sometimes too hot. "
