“Le bungalow était très propre. Personnel souriant et efficace. Il y a ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet établissement à taille humaine.”

“Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Cada dia pasaban a limpiar y incluso el primer dia que no teniamos con que fregar los platos, nos los fregaron. La entrada fue lo más complicado porqué llegamos con mucho sueño del vuelo y no tuvimos la habitacion hasta las 16h. En general estuvimos muy bien atendidos, el personal de 10 y las instalaciones también. Muy bien ubicado. Recomendaria tener personal de animación que hable español, ya que todo es en inglés y a pesar de que algunas personas de habla……

“We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins.”

Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……

No full-length mirror in the room, and housekeeping doesn't change towels daily (every 2 days) or bed sheets weekly, which felt a bit stingy. Wifi signal was weak throughout the stay it needs to be improved. “Pros: DIe Ferienwohnung liegt gleich am Anfang eines schönen Dorfes. Sie war sehr sauber, komplett eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und die wunderschöne Terrasse haben eine besondere, sehr ansprechende Architektur. Durch die teilweise Überdachung der Terrasse gibt es immer schattige Bereiche. … und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Fernando Miguel per WhatsApp war sehr unkompliziert.
