"It was a bit of a distance from where we wanted to be, near the race start. Interesting location, the studio we rented was in a gated area/backyard of I'm assuming the owners home. Looked like there were a few rental options on the property. Clean and cozy studio and felt safe. Would recommend!"

"The hospitality here is top notch. Sandra and Rick are great and solicitous hosts. With the hosts' three sweet dogs, plus possible dogs from other guests, it's very dog friendly too. And the location - with the beach a couple of blocks away, and a variety of food and retail two blocks in the other direction - is sweet.The one room plus bath "casita" is compact - basically a mini-kitchen and two-person table at one end and a bed and TV at the other. "Not only a perfect walking distance to the beach, but also to grab a bite to eat or get some drinks! We loved and appreciated the private secure parking for our car, and regretted not bringing our fur baby along for the trip. We forgot to pack beach towels but Rick and his wife (Sandra I believe) were more than happy to provide some. It was the perfect stay for our much needed rest and relaxation getaway.
