"This cutesy little cabin was so nice! Rooms were nice & bathroom was spacious. Living room and kitchen were a great size. Our favorite part was waking up in the morning and sitting on the deck and looking at all the trees. Amazing property. Would recommend for a little getaway. We also a ton of deer! "

It was a great escape from our bustling noise from Las Vegas. They have amenities that would be good for summer. We can’t wait to go back again in the future."

"Oh my goodness, what a lovely gem!! The property is not only as described, but even better! It is such a cute space! The SleepNumber bed was excellent, and the added snacks, coffee, teas, etc. were such a nice touch.All the windows also include blackout blinds. These - combined with the quaint and very quiet neighborhood - lent themselves to such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Jodi was so wlecoming and sweet. The consummate host! Honestly, you couldn't ask for more with this perfect location, host, cleanliness, and overall experience.We travel to the area a few times each year, and this will definitely be my top choice for accommodations each time we visit."

"This is an amazing (newer)basement apartment/property with all the amenities you could need. This property has a very well thought out design and is very clean. The apartment has an exterior stairwell that makes coming and going very convenient and private. The owners were on site and were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay!"

"Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience. We contacted the host when we got to the home that the water heater was not working. They were quick to respond but they were unable to help since they don’t live locally. We quickly realized that there was a short in one of the water heaters and it had burned through the insulation. We turned off the breaker to the one water heater and tested the second one, it still didn’t work. We let the owners know. Unfortunately, there was nothing that they can do so they said that they would come the next day. They came in the middle of the morning, and they were unable to fix it. Instead of having a plumber, they tried to do it themselves. When they couldn’t fix it, they said they had bypassed to the second water heater but we told them that the 2nd one didn’t work either. They said that there was nothing they can do at this time. We spent the whole weekend without hot water. If you haven’t been in pine valley before the water is seriously finger numbing cold. In addition to this, the home has been beat up a bit. The BBQ grill had not been cleaned in a long time and you can see that it has already caused a fire on the deck. There was black smoke and melted vinyl siding all around it. Thankfully they had a griddle next to it that we were able to use. There was also a sharp corner on the countertop in the kitchen where a tile fell out and it’s sharp. I wish it would have been better"
