"The room looked clean at first glance although there was a very strong deodorizer smell; at closer look the bedspread was dirty; then a giant cockroach came out! There was food crumbs and another roach in the fridge…it was very late and I was exhausted so I folded back the spread and waited it out after calling the front desk.
