"A piscina da chácara deles, que se diz ser climatizada, mesmo no calor fica hiper gelada, porque só ligam o climatizador quando chega algum hóspede, e é logo desligada depois, sendo assim ela nunca se mantém em uma temperatura boa para se usar.

Já no hotel eles tem uma piscina que é toda fechada…. Mas a água também fica fria.

"Gostamos muito do Hotel, quarto amplo, cama confortável, tinha uma sacada com uma vista linda da cidade. Bom café da manhã, poderia melhorar a sanduicheira, pq demora muito pra esquentar e ficar pronto. Jantares temáticos e comida saborosa. Pontos ruins: wi fi é péssimo e estacionamento pequeno. Chegamos um dia e não tinha mais vagas, reclamamos na recepção e informaram q tinha o segundo sub solo, por estar em reforma, era demorado a abertura do portão para entrar e sair "
"Comida excelente. O problema principal foi a rede de wi-fi dos apartamentos, muito ruim. Mesmo o sinal de 5G também é ruim. Como sugestão, colocar placa indicativa dos quartos existentes no térreo e outra no primeiro andar (quartos de 25 a 48). As instalações são bem cuidadas. Outra sugestão, colocar mais prateleiras no quarto. O banheiro do apartamento em que fiquei, não tinha escoamento adequado do ralo do box."

A Piece of Paradise in Águas de Lindóia
"This resort is a slice of heaven hidden away in Auguas de Lindóia. The property is well maintained and there are amazing mountain views and greenery and trees. There are two horses on the property as well as several outdoor areas. This is a place where you go to relax and escape from the outside world and recharge. The staff is amazing and Michelle and her team really went out of there way to try to cater to me and make sure I was happy. I am one of those travelers that can self manage very well, and if you don't need anything, the staff leaves you be and you feel like you are in your own world at this resort.
This is an older hacienda style resort, so you are not going to get luxury finishings or upgraded amenities, but the rooms are clean and safe and very spacious and simple. Internet was excelent in the room, and breakfast was served promptly every morning and was clean and delicious. I stayed for 4 days and I would have extended for many more days had I not been on a tight travel schedule. But I definitely plan to come back for a much longer stay. They do offer dinner options, but I had a rental car during my stay in Brazil and so I was driving around and going out for dinner. There are many restaurants just a few minutes drive away, and the Thermal Hot Springs (Banero Municipal) is about 8 minutes away. Perfect location, easy to get to, and a wonderful time here! "
