The property is a beach front house uniquely located in the New Golden Mile in Estepona. It is a two floor house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room for 10, TV room, south facing balcony, private parking and private rear garden with a barbecue and unique sea views. Provided with air-conditioning and central heating. The property is one of the seven large uniquely situated front line houses on a small condominium. It is one of the most exclusive in the area in terms of features and location. It has 26000sq metres of landscaped gardens, 3 swimming pools (1 exclusive for children), tennis court, small football goals and 24hours on site security. In less than 15 minutes drive away you will find golf, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports center, a zoo, cinemas, shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants.

Fantastic place. Amazing break
What an amazing weeks holiday from.start to finsh the villa and complex gave is everthing we wanted. Location - perfect for us, felt quite private but 10 mins by taxi to estepona and if your feeling energetic an hours walk to the beginning of town. However, its along one of the most picturesque boardwalks you will find. Also blessed with a great beach bar and restaurant within a 100m of the villa (just down the villa garden, out the back gate , turn left and you are there, really reasonable prices too. Villa- really clean and extremely well equipped, great spanish feel, the master bedroom balcony is a stand out. Huge, with amazing view of the sea whilst listening to the waves crashing on the beach , simply amazing anytime of day. We had a family of 6 and did not feel cramped at all , 4 showers was very well recieved by all. Downstairs living was soacious with plenty of seating for all inside and out(maybe one more sunlounger would be nice carlos) , kitchen and washing room great, the ice machine from the fridge freezer was a saviour. Host - Great , allowed to check in when we arrived 2hrs early so saved finding something to do after a long travel day, couldn't fault communication, really nice guy Grounds - beautiful and tranquil next to the sea, cant believe you are just off the main raod yet hear nothing. Pools need to be seen to be believed , on Google maps but they were twice the size in real life. Small pool about 10ft deep, amazing Verdict 10/10 hope to be back

A wonderful Easter holiday escape
We had a fantastic 10 days at this beautiful house. The views and garden area were sensational, the local beach bar for perfect for drinks/lunches/dinners and Carlos was a great host who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was just how we wanted. Our two young daughters loved the beach on our doorstep and we would thoroughly recommend this house to other young families. Unfortunately the pools weren’t all open at the time of our visit due to refurb/the drought restrictions but we hope to return another time to get full use of them!

A place to feed your soul
The villa was gorgeous, rooms huge, lots of amenities such as the washing machine & washing powder, washing up liquid etc. The constant sound of the waves was just what you needed to relax & unwind. The views sat in the garden & from the large terraces were so sublime and access to the beach was just a couple of steps away. The mature gardens meant you had lots of privacy and the location of the villa just outside Estepona meant lots of restaurants weren't far away. You would need a car or bikes to get to them. The swimming pool was not busy & there were tennis courts which would have been nice to use but, we didn't have any rackets. This villa has lots of communal areas perfect for families & a garden BBQ. We would heartly recommended this villa.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend
We had a lovely stay here in late May/early June. The property is perfectly located right on the beach, with three beautiful pools. We practically had the entire complex to ourselves for most of the week. Recommend having a car to get around. Local restaurant on the beach is great and is a 2 minute walk along the beach. Would definately stay here again.

A spacious and relaxing space with a great view. We enjoyed being able to cook and spend time together as a family. Carlos had wonderful accommodations for our 2 year old as well, such as a pack n play and high chair. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfort and sea view
The house is very comfortable, actually bigger than I was thinking. The view of sea is stunning, waking up the morning with this view is priceless. The beach, is just a few steps from the terrace. The property has a beautiful garden, with a great pool and a tennis court. A car is needed. Carlos let us kindly stay later than the usual check out time on the day of our departure. I would not hesitate to pick Carlos’ house again if I am back to this area.

Beautiful spot.

Estepona gem
Lovely property exactly as described and in good condition. The hosts couldn't have made us feel more comfortable and welcomed. Had fantastic bike rides along the beach and in the hills, the pool and tennis court were great and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Estepona and Marbella. The beach is a bit pebbly but you can easily find spots far from any crowd. Would definitely return.

Outstanding property in perfect location
Carlos' property is one of the best we have stayed in. The location is perfect, set amid beautiful gardens sloping down directly to an unspoiled beach. The swimming pool and tennis court kept our two boys aged 11 and 14 occupied. The sunrise in the morning was beautiful and we had all our meals outside on the patio. Carlos and his wife were very helpful and were easy to contact. The house is of a very high standard, with lovely furnishings and all the amenities you would want. There is plenty to visit in the local area and the house is conveniently located near the main road. The house is on a gated estate with private access and private parking. We felt very safe and secure. I thoroughly recommend this outstanding property. We stayed in the October UK half term and the weather was lovely and sunny everyday, warm enough to swim in the pool and the sea. Thank you to Carlos and his wife for being the perfect hosts.

Sound of the Surf
The view, grounds and accommodations were awesome and spacious. Ana was there to welcome us and communication before and during our trip was excellent. We are a group of 3 couples. We each had a bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom had a balcony with lounge chairs and the other bedrooms each had a Juliette balcony. The pool, tennis court and outdoor grill (charcoal) were great assets . The best part was the sound of the waves. Our doors were open whenever we home so we could enjoy the waves. We would definitely stay again. We had a rental van from the Malaga airport which enabled us to tour the different towns. Thank you Ana!

Great vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is big, clean and well equipped located in a beautiful garden. The sea view is stunning. It's just few steps from the terrace to the sandy beach. We were surprised to find a place near Marbella with kilometres of almost empty beaches. There are mostly villa and apartment compounds in the neighbourhood. A great beach restaurant with best paella ever and a wide offer of fish and seafood is just 100m away. The house owners Ana and Carlos are very nice. They were in touch with us all the time before our arrival and answered any question within few hours. Ana was always ready to help with anything we needed - she even offered to buy some food for us because of our late arrival, She gave us tips what to do and see and fixed any problem (there was just one actually - the coffeemaker was out of order and Ana changed it for another one immediately). There are also two big pools in the garden - one of them with salty water, jets and waterfall plus a pool for kids. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away and there are no grocery shops in the nearest so it is recommendable to rent a car. It was a beautiful vacation and I would like to thank once more Ana and Carlos for everything.

Beach front house near Estepona
The house is very spacious, well furnished and was equipped with everything needed (we were six adults - a couple + four young adults). The garden faces directly onto the beach so the view and beach access is a definite highlight. There are two pools and a tennis court on the urbanisation which has beautiful and immaculately kept gardens which are also a plus point. The owners are charming and very helpful. There are not many amenities in the immediate vicinity - a chiringuito around 200m from the house and more bars and restaurants around 20 mins walk in either direction along the beach. A car is necessary for food shopping etc. There is a bus service to Estepona/Marbella/Malaga and a taxi back from Puerto Banus in the evening was 25 Euros. Thank you Carlos for a relaxing stay in your beautiful property.

A gem of a holiday home
The house is in a quiet area about 4 miles outside Estepona. The house is perfect for a family holiday, it backs onto the beach and I loved listening to the sound of the sea against the sand every day. The size of the house is great, 3 good bedrooms with two facing the sea. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and helped us in every way they could. I will return to this property. Spaceous beachfront villa with stunning sea view
We spent a lovely, relaxing ten days in this beautiful house situated in a fenced-off park (compound) with no less than three swimming pools. Beautiful, neatly maintained garden with a stunning view of the sea. You can see the rock of Gibraltar and even the African coast on clear days. Direct access to the beach. Very quiet, perfect for anyone who wants to avoid the more touristy areas. Although the house is not the most modern, it is by no means lacking in facilities. We met the owners, who were very friendly. All in all the house was more than satisfactory and we would certainly like to come back!

Beautiful Villa
We really enjoyed your place. Perfect for the 6 of us. We each had our own bathroom plus a bathroom on the main floor. The beds were very comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where I found lots of sea glass (I love sea glass). We also had a fun close walk to a great beach restaurant. The house had everything we needed to cook, we cooked several meals at the house and the kitchen was well equipped. We did add a Paella Pan to the kitchen equipment. The pictures do not do it justice it's so much nicer, and the sunrise is magnificent. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning, couldnt ask for more!
Me and my family of 5 stayed in this wonderful villa for 10days and I must admit we didn't expect it to be so nice! great location and easy to get to. we rented a car and drove down from Malaga. lovely sea views and gorgeous weather made it wonderful to have a few drinks in the evening while watching and listening to the sea. The pool is fantastic. Its massive and even has a separate deep pool that we had so much fun in! The villa itself is beautiful, very big and well decorated. plenty of room for up to 6 people easily. washing machine, fridge etc made it easy to live how we wanted too. nice movie room for the kids to watch a film in the evenings before bed while me and wife chilled with some wine! The Zoo is a 5min drive away and was a fun day out with the children. Estepona itself is down the road and it has some fantastic beaches, restaurants etc. The owners are great, really lovely people. we purchased the zoo tickets online but didn't know we had to print the tickets 1st...well thankfully Carlos and his wife saved the day and printed them for us the next morning, thanks for that! always around if you need them. all in all a perfect stay, would love to go back. I recommend all to try this villa. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days!

Beautiful seaside home near Estepona
Loved the house with it's garden going directly onto the beach. Thanks Ana for looking after us and sorting out any problems we had. Kitchen was well equipped. You will need to buy all groceries. A gated compound of houses with beautiful sea views. We enjoyed some great fish meals in Estepona restaurants.

Stunning location but totally outdated interior
We just came home after 9 days in Estepona. The house was big and its location perfect with beautiful seaviews and direct beach acces. We were however disappointed to find the literally everything in the house was old. The couches were old and uncomfortable, the kitchen cabinets fell apart, there was not enough lighting and the lighting that did work made quite a hard buzzing sound, as did the refrigerator. And on top of it all, the beds were like stone. We did not have one good nights sleep as a result. All in all not worth the trouble to make the trip all the way from Amsterdam. We won’t be back.

Beautiful villa, perfect location. Sea views from bedroom windows. Stroll through garden onto sandy beach. Villa was well equipped, very clean, decor and furnishings fabulous. Grandchildren (7years) loved the pool and garden. October weather very warm. Hope we can stay again!!

We couldn't choose better place for our holiday.
Great hospitality and wonderful location made our holiday. Beach front house is a real beach front house. When opened the door we had only 40 steps to get to the lonely and peaceful beach. Busy but not crowded, famous but not too loud - the location was simply awesome. The hosts very kind and very helpful; very well informed gave us many good suggestions and hints for nice places to eat, to see. House itself very tidy, clean and very modern. Everything was working well and we really had great time there. Higly recommended for beautiful holidays in Spain!

Beautiful Home and Stunning View and Location
We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the property. The house has everything you could want, extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. The outside space is great with outside dining and seating area all looking out to a wonderful sea view. The garden gets the sun all day but you can sit under the trees or canopies if you want to get out of the sun. Kitchen well stocked with the added bonus of an ice making fridge freezer! Communal gardens and pool area are immaculate, and the pool is huge, and never busy when we visited. Very quiet location ideal for relaxing. Supermarkets within easy drive. Great beach bar within easy walk from property through gate with direct access to beach. Owners are very welcoming and friendly, and have thought of everything to make this a perfect holiday home. Although next door they never intrude but are there should you need them. Would love to go again! Thank you very much Ana and Carlos
