Ease of walking to downtown Jackson stores, restaurants, and other sights, as well as minimal congestion in driving out of town to the National Parks, were important considerations for us, in this regard The Alpine House was a perfect choice in terms of location. We found all members of the staff to be kind and helpful. The hotel offers a delicious made-to-order breakfast (recommend the French Toast). While we would have liked a little more space in our room to hang our clothes, and position our suitcases, this was a minor issue, we did not go to Jackson to stay in our hotel room. Overall, we had a pleasant time and would readily stay at The Alpine House again.

The rooms were nice, but there were no good views from any of the rooms. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and all the major restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the rooms weren’t cleaned promptly, we had to remind them to clean our room a few times. We also found the bar to be overpriced.

No control over parking. Allowed cars to block front entrance so that others could not roll luggage trolley into hotel

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional.
