Snake River Canyon Tours

The online version of the Anvil and the reality is totally opposite. The staff tried to make it sound like I had only been the only one complain but while I was there 3 other people had to come in to get towels because they said there weren't any in their room plus another couple had to keep their room door open for the smell to try and air it out. They acted insulted when people were complaining. Our room hadn't been touched since probably 1980 and smelled like it too. Window air conditioners that hadn't been turned on, TV wouldn't work, couch broke down, and I could go on but I'll spare you more details of how dirty it was. We left and didn't even stay the one night we were suppose to. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake we did and go by the online reviews on their website and try to stay their.

The perfect stay! Very homey community spaces, beautiful and clean room, the best breakfast, and walking distance from the square!
