"The service was great, the breakfast was amazing, the design of this hotel is very nice. But the rooms are not very well sound proofed. If someone at the end of the hall closes a door a bit harsh, you bed will shake because of the noise, other than that all was amazing. Recommended if staying in bolzano"

"Staff phenomenal and bent over backwards to explain the air conditioning system as it’s like none other in the world and I’ve been to almost 100 countries. GET A FAN from staff and you will enjoy the room temperature. The hotel is outside of town but a quick walk there. Unfortunately there was a heat wave the end of June with 35*c temperatures and it was tough. The Wild West Restaurant nearby was great, don’t look at the reviews that are old they made an incredible comeback."

"Hotellet er OK, men fra gaden belagt med brosten var der megen støjende trafik og fra kirken overfor slår kirkeklokkerne for hvert kvarter. Så nattesøvnen var ikke den bedste Morgenmaden var perfekt Receptionen var ikke åben under vores ophold. Vi måtte ringe til nummer ved ankomst for at få nærmere besked på hvilket værelse vi skulle være på og hvor nøglen lå. Vi lagde nøglen i receptionen ved afrejse "

"Terrific. Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. Caveat emptor, though - if you book through Expedia the spa costs extra. It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. I couldn't possibly comment on that."
