“Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere. Alex, the guy we dealt with over the phone, was unhelpful and rude saying its our……

“The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago”

“This house was AMAZING! Very roomy, great layout, unbelievable views and super friendly hosts! Caroline and John were very helpful recommending restaurants to eat at. We had 7 in our group, 5 women age 70 to 19, 2 guys, one 16 year old and one 61 year old. I can’t get over how beautiful and comfortable this house was. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Northern Ireland.Thank you to Caroline and John!”

“We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 4 nights in April. Just 2 of us. The apartment was even better than the photos, everything had been thought out very well and it was possibly the best equiped apartment we have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend a special meal at the nearby Cove restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. If we were to make a suggestion it would be to fit blackout blinds in the bedroom. All in all, a five star rating is fully deserved.”
