"My wife and I enjoyed our stay, the pictures are outdated so don’t base staying off of the pictures. The lobby was very nice and updated, rooms were clean but could use a little updating. Staff was pretty friendly depending on who was working. Housekeeping staff was great! Breakfast was probably the least impressive. Overall we would stay there again. "

"Stayed at our small town motel. Remodeled and clean. Has a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Owner even came by to let us know that our car windows were open and it was going to rain. Easy check out. Only thing missing in the room was a blow dryer. It may have been something to check out from a front office but would have been nice to have one in the room. We would definitely stay here again."

"Stop! Quit searching for places to stay in Beatrice. This is the place to stay. This place was everything described and more. My dad,brother and myself stayed here for a couple days and couldn't have been more happy about our stay. Everything was flawless from the get go. Ms. Margie and Mr. Gary are first class folks with a wealth of knowledge of everything Beatrice. Mr. Gary is quite the story teller and will have you rolling. All the farm animals some local some not so local are beautiful...

"We were in town from WI for our son’s wedding. It was a nice place for incoming family to connect before they shuffled off to their hotels. A great place to lay our heads each night. The little bonus snacks and kids toys were sweet to have available."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host's communication was great. He let us know the unit's HVAC was down earlier in the week, and was able to accommodate us into another unit in the building that still met our needs. Comfy beds, plenty of pillows & blankets, we would definitely stay again. "
