This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

Idyllic location
I’m giving a 5 star rating but wish there could be a higher rating for this place. Beautifully decorated and all the amenities of this lovely home in a lovely private location just minutes from downtown Fairhope. To see the wildlife and songbirds while we sat and enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch was such a delightful experience! Would 100% book again!

Loved the house, super clean, well-appointed. Really had everything we need and a nice yard for Fido to run around. A/C worked perfect and love ceiling fans. We also really liked the location, it was nice and quiet but close to Fairhope and family.

Great place to stay!
This is definitely a great place to stay and extremely clean. We did a girls trip and it was very comfortable for us and you are close to downtown Fairhope. There was 6 of us, we enjoyed the property very pretty and the house was great for playing games, sitting on the porch, watching tv, and just relaxing. Also a big plus there is plenty of lighting in the yard.

Perfectly peaceful getaway
Our family and friends greatly enjoyed this little gem in Fairhope. The property was tucked away yet not far from wherever we needed to go in town, with the closest grocery store just a few minutes away. This is one of the most clean, neat, and well-appointed properties of this kind I’ve ever stayed in. We found everything we needed and felt safe and comfortable here. Perfect for families with young children.

Quiet "GEM"
Located East of Fairhope, Ala, this residence is a TRUE JOY!! It is at the "end of the road" and watching local birds that included a large owl was fun!! House was ideal an the screened back porch was a great location to use to read or just enjoy the beautiful weather... Camellias were in bloom.. There is a new ALDI and PUBLIX near by, so grocery shopping is far easier than locations in Fairhope proper. Owner was quite helpul and neighbors across the field are GREAT FOLKS!! Our Aussie Shepherd accompanied us and enjioyed the location as well... We'll be back!!

What a perfect house for our family. It was everything we needed. The house was spotless, towels nice and fluffy, all the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to make some meals. If you plan a trip to Fairhope this is the house to rent! We will be back to rent again.

Blissful weekend retreat
This home on John Deer Lane exceeded all of our expectations. It’s obvious the home is cared for with immaculate care. Sitting on the back porch and watching kids play in the beautiful secluded back yard was so relaxing. They thought of everything - Comfortable beds, linens, fantastic coffee maker and mugs, extra blankets. It is just close enough to downtown but far enough away to relax. We were in town for a baseball tournament and will book this same house again! It was a pleasure working with the host Charles. We give it 5 stars across the board :)
