“I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. Zozo was the hotel attendant and she was so sweet and engaging and making sure you had everything you needed. The amenities are not often seen in hotel rooms.
