“Staff was great , room had some bad smell but the staff took an immediate action and changed them.”

“Check in/ check out was a little wonky. The overhead light in the room was ghastly, but the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The room climate control was also good.”

“Where do I start? Women in line ahead of us saw room and immediately checked out, we should have taken her warning! Hotel appeared old and worn. We should have looked for another pet friendly hotel nearby but were tired from hours of driving. Not leaving was a mistake on our part. Checked in and went to room (only good thing was large size of room)... Room door off hinges- very difficult to open and close, security latch falling out, broken lamps, missing light bulbs, kitchenette sink dirty……

“The property was conveniently located to our trips many destinations allowing us to come and go as needed. Plenty of room for the six adults, while providing ample restrooms and seating when we were at the residence. Looking forward to booking again in the future.”

“Charming and quaint home. The surrounding grounds and lake were absolutely beautiful! Easy to get to, directly off the highway, but far enough away to feel relaxed. The host was great with communication. We had left an item behind and he offered to mail it back to us. We would love to stay here again in the future!”

“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying……

“Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent.”
