"Thank you Ginny we had a lovely stay at your cottage. Was exactly as pictured! Was perfect for a night away. The only feedback we have is there was no body wash/soap or shampoo (but 3 bottles of conditioner) for the shower. And also in the main bedroom, the center support of the bed frame would shift even just getting into and out of bed. We were a little concerned it might give way but it held and mattress was comfortable. Besides those notes we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This house is definitely secluded, so if you like privacy, and we do, this is the place for you. The house is well stocked with breakfast food, and food for guests is well marked. House is spotless. Bed is comfortable. I had a long phone conversation with Lisa and she was friendly and honest about what to expect. It's a short drive to the sights in the Hudson Valley. The only caution is the gravel driveway leading to the house is long and rough."

"House was very clean and owners seemed kind and thoughtful. They was a bottle of wine waiting for us at arrival. Beds and linens were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. "This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."
