"We booked an extended weekend with a couple of families. Both the adults and kids had an amazing time. The kids enjoyed the movie theater room. The adults enjoyed darts, pool table, bar, and hot tub. The home was very clean. It also had everything we could possibly need such was towels, cookware, paper products, soaps and shampoos. We honestly didn't want to leave and plan to return. The pictures of the home definitely does not do full justice on how beautiful it really is."

It was spacious for only 150 sqf. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets made me not want to get out of bed. There was nothing about the place we didn’t like. "Loved the property with the pond, that it was dog friendly, the bedroom set up, the cleanliness, the little touches such as towels, linens, paper towels, little chocolates, wine, etc. Adorable place. Beds were super comfy. The only negative was the sulfur water smell. And maybe needs one more couch. The manager seems to be working on the sulfur water so hopefully that will improve soon. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."
