This is a budget hotel. That being said, the check in staff was good. I did see a live roach in the room. The room was dated, but large. No elevator. Free breakfast choices were limited, but they kept me going until the next Buckee's. Four stars because of the staff & the soft king size bed & large room. There were only two bath towels of very poor quality and a trash can in the bedroom. Coffee in the room but no sugar, cream etc. I picked the hotel because the supposedly great buffet breakfast. At 8am, there were hardly any scrambled eggs, only 4 toast and 4 very small yogurts. No bagels, muffins, bananas, crackers, etc. I asked the lady at the front desk for more scrambled eggs and was told that there there was nothing else beside what it was there.
