Your Luxury Loft In The Heart Of Florence

Charming apartment, completely renovated and furnished, located in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Basilica of Santa Croce and a 5 minutes' walk from the Duomo.

Its strategic location allows you to easily reach all the major sights, museums, churches and points of interest of the city, with no need for driving or using public transportation.
The apartment, located on the third floor of a typical Florentine-style building (no lift), has been elegantly designed and renovated by a famous local architect.

It is a two-story house and is divided as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped professional kitchen which features a beautiful steel top and blue lacquered custom-designed furniture. A counter with top in solid oak wood separates the kitchen from the entrance and, thanks to a pull-out table, allows you to have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif before exploring the nearby shopping areas, restaurants and typical Florentine cafes.

Continuing along the corridor, you will reach a large living room, the heart of the house, which is divided into a dining area equipped with a wooden rustic-style table and a living area with comfortable sofas, potentially convertible, upon request, into sofa beds and a flat screen TV featuring satellite and Sky channels.

Thanks to a very peculiar balcony, made of glass and iron, the living room faces and overlooks the surrounding rooftops.

Adjoining this large living room, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with a comfortable dressing room and large shower with chromotherapy.

From the hall, through a very spectacular staircase with cantilevered steps (climb with care as it is not protected by railings or handrails), you will access the loft which features a study area overlooking the living room below and from where you will immediately be charmed by the attic with beautiful beams.

Furthermore, the loft area includes the second bedroom, located above the master bedroom and equipped with a characteristic French-size futon bed and a private bathroom with sink, toilet and a bidet (no shower).

The apartment provides air conditioning and free high-speed WI-FI internet connection.
Considering its peculiar style, the charming finishes and the presence of 2 spectacular staircases which are not protected by any railings or handrails, the apartment is specifically designed for adults use only.

Super beautiful& tranquil space in a lovely neighborhood.

We loved staying here! The apartment was beautiful & spacious; equipped with everything we need. Not far from shops & attractions but on a quiet street. Keep in mind it is on the top floor so lots of stairs. We definitely left Florence in better shape than when we arrived! Communicating with Tommaso & his associate was a breeze, they were very helpful.
