They were nice to let us check in early to take a shower! No shampoo or conditioner but that’s okay! Perfect for what we needed.

Foi decepcionante. O ar condicionado não resfriava, a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava, lençóis tinhas vários furos, o recepcionista da madrugada não foi nenhum pouco simpático. E o que eu achei pior de tudo: eu fiz uma reserva pra 2 pessoas, entretanto, na hora do Check-in, eu cheguei sozinho e meu acompanhante chegou algumas horas depois. E o recepcionista cobrou 80 reias de taxa pra o meu acompanhante entrar, porque ele nao estava junto comigo na hora do Check-in. Eu achei um absurdo, cobrança abusiva. Mas eu estava com pressa e com sono, q acabei pagando e não reclamando na hora. Nao pretendo voltar.

As acomodações são boas mas carece de manutenção/atualização. Para estadias/pernoites está ótimo mas faltou o pessoal da limpeza realizar os serviços diariamente. Isso não ficou claro mas nos 4 dias que fiquei não veio o pessoal da limpeza. Em outros hotéis que me hospedei deixava o aviso que podia realizar a limpeza mas nesse hotel não. Alimentação boa e a atendente foi muito gentil. A internet falhava as vezes.

Fomos bem recepcionados pela Sra Silvania e na saida fomos bem tratados por uma moça de cabelo curto! Qdo precisamos de alguns produtos de higiene sempre fomos bem atendidos, inclusive pela senhorinha da limpeza! Mas em relacao ao hotel, bem antigo, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo, cobertores com cheiro de guardados! Café da manhã ruim! A localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo!

O hotel por fora até parece ser “bonzinho”, mas, é terrível. Começa pela recepção todos muitos “frios e chatos”, o elevador antigo é ruim, os quartos horríveis, quarto sujo, cobertores e almofadas fedidas, banheiro MUITO ANTIGO, portas sem travas e chaves. Mas, o pior de todos, o café da manhã é horrível, requentado, quase nada de opções, até uma sanduicheira que tinha, era extremamente precária, nunca vi algo tão ruim. Decepcionante, a gente chega pra descansar e descarregar as energias, chega mil vezes mais carregado. Não indico nem a meu pior inimigo.

Horrível, ar barulho enorme, sujo, bainheiro cheio de pelo, luz queimado do banheiro, tv nao tinha controle, atendimento péssimo, nem fizeram questão de achar o controle, um biraco na parede q dava pra escutar tudo do quarto ao lado, não recomendo, alem de tudo ainda tem q pagar o estacionamento q fica embaixo do prédio, jamais retornarei

quartos precarios, o quarto que fiquei nao fechava a porta do banheiro a pia e o chuveiro tinha um vazamento. Tivemos que solicitar a troca de quarto. Os atendentes mal abrem a boca pra falar com voce e quando voce pede alguma informação eles nao fazem muita questão de responder. O cafe da manha diz ate as 10:00 mas se voce chega as depois das 8:30 ja esta tudo frio e nao encontra quase nada, nao fazem questao de abastecer so falam que nao tem mais

Arrependimento por escolher esse hotel.

Atendimento na recepção: bom Limpeza do quarto: péssima, paredes sujas, banheiro sujo e com muito mofo, roupa de cama suja, chão do quarto sujo com muito cabelo, guarda roupas com muito cupim, toalhas em quantidade insuficiente, tv a cabo não funciona, controles da cabeceira da cama não funcionam, ar condicionado não funciona, hotel em péssimas condições se degradando muito sujo e encardido.

Infelizmente uma péssima experiência. Ambiente sujo, mal cheiro, simplesmente terrível. A única coisa que salvou, se podemos dizer que salvou... foi a atenção da recepção (noturna). O rapaz teve serenidade para lidar com o "caos" que estava e se manteve calmo (mesmo sabendo que ele não estava).

O hotel tem um preço muito bom, ótima localização. O rapaz moreno que atende não se comunica e faz cara feia. a moça que fala espanhou da recepão é super atenciosa. A cama esta suja, não foi trocada. Chão muito sujo. Mesa e cadeira do quarto muito sujos e pregava. Não havia taolha no quarto. Cortinhas muito sujas, paredes sujas. O café é simples e atende.
