The Spaccasole Cottage

Beautiful cottage in a modern villa in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Foiano della Chiana and near Cortona, surrounded by 5 hectares of fully fenced olive groves and offering absolute privacy. Spaccasole is a very modern villa, renovated with the use of latest generation materials and equipped with all modern comforts.
