“The location is at the city center. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast time normally starts at 8am. When the staff member learned I need to leave at 7:30am next morning, they served breakfast at 7am for me. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
