This hotel is amazing! It’s clean, quiet and the restaurant/bar/rooftop is amazing! Nice views and walking distance literally across the street.

The staff were very pleasant. Most importantly the valet guy (i think his name was Carlos) because i kept leaving my room to pick up my friend from the airport and we went out that night too. Carlos (i think) never showed any expression of frustration or tiredness although he was the only guy working last night. I wish i saw him upon my departure, but he was probably gone at that time. This property is very quiet and pleasant. Definitely will book again especially with the same beautiful view of the guitar. It was so nice, we didn't notice that the rooftop was closed due to weather conditions.

I loved the location and I the plan was to use the amenities. However, the restaurant was closed. They do not allow self parking so it’s mandatory Valet at $35 per night. The staff was super nice and courteous, the hotel it’s so beautiful and clean. The locations is my favorite part. You hear music at night so if it bothers you, they have earplugs. I’m not bothered at all.

Pool closes at 6pm because of the restaurant on the roof. Was kinda poorly planned out. Also only offering valet as the only parking option wasn’t a fan of. Other than those things was an absolute excellent stay.

We stayed there as we were advised there was transportation to and from the casino as it wasnt in a great area. After we checked in we were told told they werent working while we were there to just walk . Ended up walking to the casino ( shady bar next door ) across 6 lane highway late at night to and from . They hooked us with the transportation promise then took out car FOR A FEE ! and told us to walk .

The front desk charged my card for the night’s stay, even though I already paid through Expedia. They also charged two separate deposits, which equaled the night’s stay. So, I was charged for 3 separate charges by the hotel and 1 charge by Expedia.

You’re kidding by asking me for a review? My flight got rescheduled then cancelled. The hotel and Expedia were notified by 11am Eastern time. There was nothing I could do. American Airlines wanted to reroute me to Miami and there were no car rentals to even get to Fort Lauderdale and then my flight was cancelled. I could not get my money back and very disappointed
