Come relax and unwind in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Deep Water Canal home. This canal will give you access to the Caloosahatchee River and just a hour boat ride to Fort Myers beach. Fort Myers beach and Sanibel island are about a forty minute car ride. You can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the dinning room area over looking the water or just relaxing on the lanai this home will make you feel relaxed in every sense of the word. This home is fully furnished and also equipped with wifi and cable tv. Close to restaurants and shopping and much much more. Want to stay longer you can also rent this home monthly at a discount rate.

We have completely remodeled the inside of the house from the damage from hurricane Ian. All brand new furniture. It has been a long road but we think that our house is even better than what it was so hopefully you can come to south Florida and enjoy it also. All returning renters will receive a discount so let me know before you book.

The house was a beautiful place on the water newly remodeled. It was close to the places we needed to be and was a had all the basic needs. The host was very communicative and excellent customer service.

Great poolside resort
This place was a great location to stay for a nearby family wedding at the Grace River Island Resort. The property was beautiful, very clean, and had every amenity we were looking for. The pool was great and relaxing. The river views were awesome! The neighborhood was super quiet. There were chairs, umbrella, wagon, and coolers that came in handy for a beach day! Check in and check out were simple!

Backyard Paradise
The house was lovely and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed...but the backyard was really where we spent all our time. We were able to eat all our meals on the shaded lanai and then kicked back in the adirondack chairs in the pool. So relaxing!! We would definitely return.

This property is just as it shows online if not better. Very nicely remodeled. Keith answered any questions promptly. Was perfect for meeting our kids here for a nice visit. The pool is a great bonus.

It was with in a 1 to 1 1/2 hours in both direction of what we wanted to see. The place was awesome the only thing that could be better is the beds to sleep in.

Excellent host, great stay
Keith was a superb host. I had to reach him early on because I needed to make a change to our dates. The VRBO app wasn’t showing the change but a quick call to Keith took care of it. He followed up with a call to confirm how and when it would show up on our reservation. Keith also proactively checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. The property was exactly as described and the heated salt water pool was relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to everything we needed. If we need to rent again, we would definitely rent from Keith.

Great Get Away East Fort Myers
Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for East Fort Myers/Fort Myers Shores area. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed. Great place to stay!
Super clean, comfortable place to spend a vacation. Owners were great. Very friendly. Had a couple of questions about the property before arriving. Promptly replied to emails. I asked if there was a blender available in the kitchen. They told me it wasn’t. When I arrived, there was a new unboxed blender on the counter. These were excellent host. Definitely went above and beyond to satisfy our stay! Thanks Keith!

Excellent—-everything was provided. Three things needed correcting: the stopper in the yellow bathroom sink wouldn’t stay open to let sink empty; the tires in bikes didn’t hold air—-one valve was missing too; instructions on how to operate tv needed. I will definitely rent this one again. Thank the main reason I chose it was because the owner permitted a Tues through Thursday(10 day) rental.

The property was better than described. The house was clean, gorgeous and had amazing amenities. The pool was refreshing and beautiful. I loved the use of the beach chairs and beach wagon in the garage. Keith was very easy to communicate with and answered any question we had very quickly. Great house for a family with a lovely pool. We really enjoyed the availability of a the boat rental right out front. New Year's was awesome with fireworks and golf-cart parade. Only drawback was drive to the beach but the affordability made it worth it.

Relaxing Water Retreat
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this property! The house was beautiful and well stocked with all the conveniences of home. The pool was amazing and the location was gorgeous, right off the river. We rented the property owners boat for the week and we would highly recommend it!

Perfect Getaway
The pictures of this house really don't do it justice. The size is quite deceiving, both from the pictures as well as the outside of the house. It is perfect for a small family, or even a couple looking for a place to relax poolside on a beautiful, enclosed patio. The house was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. If we have the need I would definitely stay again.

Great low key vacation

This property was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. Property manager was fantastic with communication before, during and after our stay. The pool was great in a wonderful screened in area. Lots of accessories there for us to utilize, grill, beach umbrella, wagon, toys etc. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I ran a few times during our stay and all neighbors were friendly. I would definitely recommend and if I go back to the area, I would stay here again.
