Its located on the first floor next to the pool and across the street from the beach. In addition, its waking distance to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, shopping, fishing pier, boardwalk, and a liquor store. Destin/Crab Island is just under a 10 minute drive. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. You'll be able to watch Netflix, Disney+ and Kadirnet IPTV in the living room and in each bedroom. If you're still not ready to give up those beach vibes you can hang out at the pool, inside our private screened patio or outdoor patio. It was very different this time for us, as this was our 6th time staying on Okaloosa island. Usually we stay in the Emerald towers for a week Saturday to Saturday for the same money we spent on this unit we had for 4 days 3 nights. My biggest disappointment was the pool not being opened even though it is listed in the listing having a pool and when I asked the unit owner about the pool , she stated that it is seasonal and may not be open yet and that she would contact the HOA president and find out if it would be open while we were on vacation there and let me know what she finds out, but she never got back to me.and the My recommendation is to have on this propertys listing that the pool is seasonal, my daughter is heartbroken she didn't get to swim. Also misleading is the property is showing it on the beach side of the main road on Okaloosa island, but is not. Great communication with owner. The only drawbacks for me was that the front of the property was not shown in photos so I was a little surprised at the appearance of the outside of the building.
