“Unique and wonderful! We stayed here because we wanted to see the flower fields near Casteluccio. We drove up from Rome in about 4 hours through beautiful mountains. This castle (a former defensive fortification) was a breathtaking sight at the end of the drive. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Francesco and his sister Lara. Our baggage was taken up the stairs via an amazing custom monorail. The room was comfortable and cool, the linens were excellent quality, our sleep was refreshing, and……
