“We came, after booking and paying, and the owner said he is not working with Hotels.com that he had no room for us and that we should contact Hotels.com to get our money back. I have used Hotels.com for years, this is the first time this has happened and therefore also the first time I have realized how difficult it is to contact hotels.com if something happens. 3 days later I have still not god to a chat, found a phone number or anything to contact Hotels.com directly. “We absolutely loved staying at the Patmos Eye Hotel! It’s an easy walk into town. Vicky was fantastic and very attentive! Our room was spacious and very nice. We had a beautiful view of the bay and our breakfast on our balcony was wonderful! We will definitely be back to this very special place!”
