Minimum 30 day rental. - Surrounded by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains and nestled in the trees of the Nantahala Forest sits Treetop Haven. Just 10 min to Franklin, N.C., in Mill Creek a gated, public golf course community with paved streets throughout. This 2/2 is a two-level townhome on a level front lot with parking for 2 adjacent to the property. For PHEV or Hybrid cars, there is one space in front of the unit with a 120 plug suitable for slow charging. Newly remodeled with fresh paint, new doors, 4" baseboards, wood-like flooring, beamed ceilings, ceiling fans, and a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace offers a modern feel along with new and vintage mid-century modern furnishings & decor. Roku TV with Netflix, HBO Max and Live TV stations on each floor. Window treatments and custom artwork offer a cozy environment you and your guests will love. Step into the light and bright open concept living/dining/kitchen area with wood like flooring (no carpet, except for stairs). Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on either of two expansive screened decks perched high above the trees. After a day of hiking or golf, watch the multitude of birds and wildlife, or just sit with a good book in front of the fireplace and revel in the quiet relaxation offered by being with nature. Franklin is an easy 2 hr. drive from Atlanta, Greenville, Knoxville and Chattanooga. Asheville is just over 1 hr. and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Harrah's Casino are just 35 minutes away.
Franklin is the Macon County seat, and offers something for everyone with abundant waterfalls, hiking on the Appalachian and other trails, and under 1 hour to 4 major lakes with swimming and boating. Fly fishing is a major attraction on the Tennessee River with outfitters available for guided instruction. Mountain biking and white-water rafting are also very popular. Magnificent Mountain Retreat Condo

We had a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable two months in this condo. A lot of the contents were new. Everything worked perfectly all the time. It is located within driving distance from many cities and vacation points. We would not hesitate staying here in the future.
