Our Mountain-Modern condo offers plenty of space for your group to spread out! We are one mile from downtown Winter Park and 10min from the ski resort! Granby, Grand Lake, Arapahoe National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park, are all easily accessible and provide limitless options for mountain and water adventures. Although everything is new, we paid extra attention to making our mountain home feel comfortable and inviting. Whether it's the high quality bedding, faux fur throws, or unique mountain themed art throughout, the condo won't disappoint and it will allow you feel right at home. Relax and soak in the brand new 6 person hot tub located on the private balcony.

This is a top floor luxury unit with amazing West, North and East mountain views! You will have access to a private single-car Garage with keypad access in addition to an extra community parking space in the adjoining lot. The building Elevator will bring you to the 3rd floor unit accessible by electronic lock. The space features all the amenities you could hope for from coffee and espresso, to dish soap, to laundry detergent. It has 10ft to 13ft ceilings and a 13ft fireplace in the great room. The dining table and island seat 12 comfortably. Each bedroom has a brand NEW 4k smart TV with cable access, while the great room has the larger 65in. Guests even have access to 3 new sleds 4 pairs of new show shoes!

Perfect getaway!
Great condo with a nice balcony and hot tub. Very comfy bedding and so much space! Host even left us a bottle of wine and some chips. All newer appliances and so clean!

Loved this condo!
We have stayed in many places when going skiing and this is the first time I said “ These owners did it right!” From ease of checking in, the cleanliness, tons of towels, blankets, cookware, bathroom amenities, tons of hooks and places to store your ski gear, hot tub, garage, to the goody basket full of treats and a bottle of wine, the condo was perfection! It has EVERYTHING you could ever need for an awesome vacation! Great location to boot! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and convenient!
We stayed at this property with myself, my husband, our two kids, and one set of grandparents. There was plenty of room for us all to comfortably enjoy our trip. The condo offered kitchen ware, plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. It’s close to winter park for easy ski days, with bus transportation right outside, but far enough out that it was quiet and not too busy. We really enjoyed our stay and was thankful for the warm hot tub after days on the mountain skiing. The property manager was quick and responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!

This is the best ski accommodation I ever had. I usually do not write reviews. The condo is beautiful with vaulted ceilings. Location is great and next to Lift stop that takes you to Ski resort. Communication easy. Garage helpful. Son and friends enjoyed hot tub. They are in their 20’s. BBQ on balcony was a plus. 2 queen bedrooms are nice. Bunk bed arrangement is first class and very comfortable. Not those kid cheap stuff. Hope to return soon

Wonderful stay
We loved our time at this beautiful property! The layout is fantastic for a family, with plenty of space for kids and adults. The condo is beautiful and extremely well stocked, with lots of thoughtful added extras. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck and all the extra towels so that we could enjoy it! Great space
What a great place! Stayed up there for a ski weekend with my family and my brother's family so we had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 2-7) and everything worked out great! Accurate detailed directions, an elevator that was a nice bonus to take up to the 3rd floor with all of our stuff, and the place was very nice and new. The private hot tub was great! It had a fully stocked kitchen and plentiful supplies, we felt at home here and would stay again for sure!

Great stay in Fraser
We had a girls trip to go tubing at Fraser Hill and wanted a place the 5 of us to stay for an evening. This place was wonderful and a 5 minute drive to the hill. Communication with the owner was great and I think it is better than the pictures show! This would also be great for a couple families as the bunk room would be a hit for the kids! We would definitely come back!

Spacious condo
This condo was amazing and very spacious. My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights while in town for the Winter Park Jazz Fest and we had more than enough room with a master bedroom/bathroom, second bedroom, second full bathroom, and a bunk bed room. The kitchen has an island and the large dining room table can accommodate 6. We especially enjoyed using the balcony hot tub! Check in/out instructions were clear and communication was timely. Since this is a new condo, we were facing construction and if we had been there during the day, would have had to put up with the noise but at night all was quiet. That will only be temporary, however. The bus line to Winter Park is also right next to the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!
We had a great experience staying here! The condo was beautiful and clean and had great views! The location was great too! The owners had an awesome welcome basket for us when we arrived and were super helpful and easy to get ahold of if needed. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed, plus lots of extra blankets and pillows and towels. Highly recommend this place for a nice, relaxing mountain get away 👍

Perfect vacation rental
We took a weekend trip to Fraser, family of 5 (8, 4 & 1 YOs) and loved our stay at the condo. It’s very very new, nicely furnished and we felt right at home. The boys LOVED the bunk room and didn’t want to leave. The living room was so inviting and comfortable. It’s a great location too - walkable to a brewery, bike ride to the bowling alley/arcade, yet without the congestion other mountain towns can feel like. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect WP Ski Home Base
We traveled from the front range for a long ski weekend. Winter Park is our favorite IKON resort. My brother planned to join us, but canceled last minute, giving us the whole unit to ourselves (2 adults + 1 kid). The place is a great size for two families with two bedrooms for adults and a cool bunk bed room for kids. We quickly felt at home. The unit has everything you’ll need with a relaxed vibe and some nice views. We took advantage of the hot tub after skiing and did yoga in front of the fire place in the mornings. The condo is located just 10 minutes from our favorite Mary Jane lot. We drove, but there is a shuttle stop right outside the complex. Scott was attentive and though our trip went flawlessly, he was available to address any issues.
