"We arrived at the property and check in was simple.The property itself was very clean, simple, modern and open plan. It was very well stocked. There was a beautiful patio with outdoor seating. there was a fenced area at the front and there was a large area by the side of the pool that I can imagine would serve well as an area to use(it wasn't quite ready for our stay as was being fitted by artificial grass- this will be a bigger positive for the next people staying here!) "The house was properly equiped. Kitchen, beds were okay, the garden has a lot of seats, we enjoyed to sit there. The host was very friendly. Our aim was to visit Lille-centre a couple of times; it takes only a short time to go there. Overall a good place to stay."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"Really nice detached cottage. Very clean and roomy for the three of us - there was a third childrens bedroom so a larger family would not feel cramped for space. Although it’s in a quiet location it’s well situated for Eurostar trains in Lille and near good road connections. Ideal if visiting the First World War Somme battlefield sites."

Throughout booking, host did not reply to initial booking 3 times including pre trip departure and only by automated text 2 days pre arrival.
