Property Description Mountain Side E259 is a comfy 2 bedroom, 2 bath in the heart of Frisco near the base of Mount Royal and Peak 1\. Unit sleeps 6\. Living room features gas fireplace and a large flatscreen. Free WiFi and cable. Unit has a private, sunny deck with a table for 4 that looks out to the mountains. Fully-equipped kitchen with slab granite counters and meal prep space. Kitchen bar seats 3\. Dining table seats 6\. This amazing complex features a beautiful clubhouse with indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, business center and patio seating. Volleyball, outdoor community grill and picnic area located in extensive grounds. Located in a quiet part of Frisco near hiking trails and the Summit County Rec Path. Bedding Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen. \~ Queen, flatscreen, private bath in primary bedroom. \~ Twin over Double Bunk, in 2nd bedroom with shared hall bath \~ Queen Sofabed in living room, shares the hall bath. Parking One assigned parking space #259 in the garage under the E building and one additional unassigned surface parking spot at the complex.
