“There wasn't much not to like. Playground and pool onsite. Easy parking and easy to get in and out of. Safe neighborhood, right across from a school. If I had to be picky, I could say it was a little further away from the parks due to traffic and lights but I have been to Kissimmee and Orlando many times and am very patient and plan for traffic. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Can't say enough about the property itself. Innkeeper didn't miss a trick. Thought of practically everything to supply it with as well. Saved me multiple trips to the stores which btw are very near by. Pool was off season and being worked on so can't rate the waves for you but it definitely is just a short walk away. Now the Innkeeper herself was SuperChill and easy to work with. She's quick on the reply too .. Overall 5* experience.. Go for it !”

“Golfed 3 days in a tournament at Sun N Lakes, so only 5 mins to the clubhouse. Light traffic noise from the highway during the day, but quiet at night. Stairs to the unit are a little steep, but manageable. Great price and perfect for a golf weekend and local sightseeing.”

“Perfect for what we needed it for. The drive to the ocean wasn't terrible and this location puts you in the middle where you could drive to either side of the state within a few hours. It was clean, quite, neighbors were friendly, and helpful. The pool was nice, and not overly busy which made it relaxing.
