"Make sure to get a room that is on the backside of the hotel, as it lies at the intersection of two very busy roads and there is traffic noise that permeates the main rooms themselves. There was very little English spoken and a 100 RMB deposit is expected; mine was fully refunded. "I wanted to be close to the train station in order to take the many 1 day tours available, and this hotel served its purpose. However, it was being renovated on the first floor and with only a very small sign visible, so I walked by it numerous times before finding it. The room was fine, clean but the staff must have opened up the windows to air out the room since I asked for a smoke-free room (Smoking is permitted in all rooms).
