Pool, sun and sea view - Villa das Quebradas

Modern and charming 3-bedroom villa decorated in elegant earth tones, located in a sunny and very quiet area. The house features three bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with two single beds), all with air conditioning and private bathrooms—two with showers and one with both shower and bath. The property is filled with natural light and offers a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining area with access to the outdoors, and a social bathroom. There is a children’s nook with kids’ furniture and a work area with outdoor access.

The garden is a highlight, offering various seating areas, a swimming pool, solarium, children’s play area (with playhouse, swings, and slide), barbecue, dining table, and a comfortable lounge area. Enjoy sea views from the bedroom balconies. The villa accommodates up to 6 people.

Parking is available both inside and outside the property. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout.

AREA
Located in a distinguished, quiet, and sunny area of Funchal, close to Piornais and Praia Formosa (4-minute drive). Forum Madeira shopping centre is 7 minutes away by car. Funchal city centre, with a wide variety of restaurants and tourist attractions, is a 10-minute drive.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps will easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
The team is always available to assist or answer questions. An app is provided for guests with property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may have a smart sensor (Minut) monitoring noise, smoke, and temperature for safety. It does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from the team.

All guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 10:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
