The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. "What a beautiful hotel hidden in the picturesque downtown. A large, mostly private courtyard and seating allows for an afternoon glass of wine or beer. "

Elendigt

"Hotellet levede overhovedet ikke op til forventningerne. Havde bestilt comfort værelse med balkon, men fik et mørkt standardværelse hvor der intet lys kom ind. Dette var dog en misforståelse med hotel.com ( vi fik efterfølgerne kompensation ), men hotellet kunne se vi havde betal for værelse med balkon. Cafe og restaurant var lukket ned. Terrassen var fyldt med ukrudt og gamle servietter flød på fliserne. Askebærger blev ikke tømt. Morgenmaden var elendig, og man fik en kop kaffe , og skulle lede efter personale for at få en ekstra kop. "
