The staff was amazing, Everyone was nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There were many options to choose from. LOVED the pool. It was clean and maintained. It is not a huge pool, but it was great. The only issue I would say we had was the lake of chairs in the dining space. There were not enough for the tables.

The elevators broke down and we were on the 4th floor. I'm handy cap and need a walker. So climbing the stairs would have been very difficult for me. They did get one elevator working. So that was really the only problem.

We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too! The location is excellent and convenient to everything around Guntersville. The porch/deck with the fireplace was very nice. Though it was the middle of summer and the fire wasn't on (LOL), it was still a relaxing place to sit, enjoy the view, and unwind. We travel to Guntersville often on our motorcycles because we absolutely love the area, and we'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Great location. Convenient to everything. Highly recommend. T&L

First off, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. From check in, breakfast, housekeeping, etc. - everyone was nice and helpful. Our room was clean. The hotel looks like they are slowly doing some renovations. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety.

Gym area seemed fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed to be having a good bit of maintenance... repairs.. one elevator was not working. Repairs were being made. The 4th floor... the bath tubs had been re caulked.... so had a heavy smell. One that can get you high. We were on the 4th... asked to be moved to another floor. Which they did. So other than so many things in the works... the hotel and staff were nice. The views were great of the lake. Many places aroind to eat

Boats, buses and fire trucks taking up the lot when we arrived was alarming. Then our first room was unprepared. Only one elevator, so that was fun carrying all of our stuff back to the lobby. Chemical smell upon opening the door. Cleaning supplies? Pictures make it look like it’s on the lake. It’s not really. Birds everywhere on the outside, so bird poo on the windows. Coffee maker didn’t cooperate well, but went downstairs for coffee. That worked out.

Great first impression of the property. Once we arrived we received extremely pleasant service. Quick and easy check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered spoke and were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Mostly excellent. Was a bit disappointed in the fitness room, however. Several of the exercise machines were improperly configured or calibrated. Excellent fitness facilities are among my reasons for choosing Hampton Inn hotels. This is why I downgraded my evaluation from a 5 to a 4.

Refrigerator was broken. Told the front desk, nothing was done about it. Called to speak with a manager. Was told the manager was unavailable. I was then put on hold and told “I just spoke with the manager.” So was the manager there and didn’t want to speak with me or was this an employee saying “she was the manager?”
