Fine location for my one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I would say the place is "down to earth" pleasant that fits my needs. It might not satisfy people with an enhanced expectation.

The man who helped check us in was very friendly, and helpful when room keys were not working. Needed anything just had to ask. Room appeared clean, I know they are still working on updates throughout. Could have used a small trash can in bathroom, but otherwise was a great place to stay for the 1 night we needed.

Check in time was 3pm we got there at 2:20 and the guy said give him 20 minutes so we went and got lunch so got back around 3:20pm and the room still wasn't ready we got in finally around 4pm we cranked up the air and left to go fishing and returned around 9:30pm and the room had a gross ceptic sewer smell and was not cool at all so after complaining about the hot room he put us in another room after 10pm. We would like a rebate or money back for hell we went through.

Room was dirty, no pillowcase, towels, and comforter was still damp. Left something there and won’t answer or call us back. The sheets were very dingy. Told us they remodeled all the rooms didn’t not remodel( only thing was had a new refrigerator, microwave and TV They did vacuum after we said the floors were full of crumbs, but didn’t vacuum very good still was full of crumbs.

Room not clean, hairdryer started to smoke when I turned it on, curtains had holes, the upstairs smeeld bad ,pool and hot tub out of order, saw staff only when I checked in. I was very disappointed. Pool was closed, reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub but there wasn’t enough hot water to have a bath. Our bed only had a sheet on it when we got there and it was almost 10 pm, and about 5 times of us asking for a comforter, before we were able to use our bed. There was a dog (belonged to the only person who appeared to be running the whole hotel) that was chained outside the door and there was a bunch of poop from it out in the grass making it very stinky. Didn’t appear to be anything ready for breakfast after the time that the continental breakfast started. Room was even still dark. I could clearly hear the tv in the next room and could even hear when people were urinating next door. We would never stay here again. Felt bad for the guy running the place. Seemed like a nice guy but they need way more staff to keep up with the whole place.

We checked in at 8:45 PM and our room was not ready yet and had to wait while the person at the front desk got it ready. While I was standing waiting for check in I noticed that the pool facillities where not operational and that we would not be enjoying those tonight. We checked in and went to the room so here a list of things. No phone in room, No fan or sun bulbs in the bathroom and this plays later. No pillows on the bed. The window to the room was open to the outside and it was approximately 90 degrees out. We soon figured out that the air conditioner wasnt fuctioning on cool and only blew fan air. The room was literally 25 - 30 degress hotter than in the hallway. I happened to realize this because I had to keep going up to the desk and ringing the buzzer for the person down the hall. There where only Two medium towels in the room with a couple of hand towels and wash cloth. There where no drinking cups, ice bucket liners, note pad and pen, blow dryer and there whas no coffee, tea, sugar or sweeteners of any kind in the room. The coffee maker was stuffed under the counter shelf in fact. I made at least five trips to the front desk for the things we required to just sleep the night. There seemed to be only one person responsible for the place and he was appologetic and accommodating as he could be in the situation. We kept hoping the Free Breakfast would make it all a little more woth the troubles and $120 plus fee but we where sadly mistaken. Disapointed!

They didn't tell us when I booked my reservation that the pool has been closed forever and is no longer working so of course when you look it up on the website the pool looks amazing then we get there in our room doesn't have any air conditioning and it's 100° outside and we're on the second floor so they moved me to the only room they had available and that AC would drain all over the floor inside our room and then the toilet leaked every time you flushed it The bathtub had a huge crack in it so God only knows where that water was draining to The box springs were severely stained we ended up with sheets that were stained we talked to the manager several times they were not willing to do anything for us we'd contacted Expedia they contacted the hotel the hotel told them there was nothing wrong with our room that was not true

No working pool or hot tub. Front door broken, Smelly. Only pillows on bed had shams on them when i asked for pillows to sleep on i was handed pillow cases. Mud/ spackle not cleaned up in bathroom. Broken window blinds.... need i say more. Didnt expect fancy but not this either...

No pool like they advertised. They said it was a temporary thing, but we saw that the pool room was a storage room for extra refrigerators and the pool was covered in years of dust. No coffee in the morning and the breakfast was a joke. Our bed sagged to the left.

Bed was ok, pillows weren’t. There was a small coffee pot but no coffee packets, creamer or sugar. The breakfast menu was pretty slim, coffee, muffins, and waffle maker but I couldn’t find any batter. I think there was some fruit on the tables.

The Manager on duty was amazing and after realizing that over half of the power outlets in the room did not work and the AC was also not working and no other rooms to offer he gave us a full refund.

The staff was excellent however it was the small things. First no towels in the room. We had to ask for them. Second the internet was horrible the first night into the next day-so no TV during that time. Pool wasn't in operation and no fridge in the room. And the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel was clean just a little older and very quiet which was a plus. If we ever decide to visit again we would stay there again.

The staff was friendly. The room had yellowish water. The air didn’t work. It was on 60 full bore when we got into the room and it never cooled down. When we opened to window for some relief, the screen was taped and allowed bugs to get in. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and had stuff on them. The sheets didn’t have enough elastic so they came off consistently during the night. The TV had no service, so I logged into my personal YouTubeTV account, but the bandwidth didn’t support television. It kept stalling and timing out. There were no wash cloths. The pillows were flat. The pool was broken down. They had milk and juice in a cooler in the lobby but we didn’t have any because the cooler was making funny noises so we weren’t sure how well it worked. They had a waffle machine but it wasn’t plugged in or on. There was no good entrance or exit. We went through a back road and drove behind a building through mud to get to it because of construction. You can’t see the hotel from the road so we missed it a few times. There was a tiny coffee pot but no coffee. A pull out couch but no extra pillows.

It was an OK visit. The pool and hot tub was 'out of order' for me and my 3 young grandchildren. However, the hostess was able to upgrade us to a King Suite with a jacuzzi in the room but was not the same. The room had an initial smell to it when we opened the door and I ended up sleeping on a rollaway bed which wasn't in the best shape. When I went out to get something in my vehicle, there were a couple of adults smoking weed so glad I didn't bring my grandkids with me. Nasty!! Also, when trying to check out, I had to buzz 4 different times to get someone to help me. Breakfast was good.

The check-in staff person Jackie was extremely helpful. The pool was out of service. The toilet in our room ran all the time. In all fairness we didn’t alert the desk, but just kept the bathroom door closed. The breakfast foods available were not very many. Other than the running toilet, the room/ beds we’re comfortable.

The pool was closed, so that was a bummer. The desk person was kind and helpful. The room had a fitted sheet that didn’t fit the bed, the 3 pillows (it was a king) were very flat and old. The bathroom floor was sticky due to cleaning products not fully cleaned up. Nice TV, desk and free WiFi. Breakfast was okay, I think I was one of two guests so I don’t blame them for not having a lot. I was supposed to get the studio with a king bed/full kitchen and hot tub in the room. I got a regular king room I could have said something but honestly, with the room feeling so dirty I wouldn’t have used the hot tub anyway.
