"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The linen, bathroom and room were clean and the room very spacious. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The carpets in my room and hallway and the bathroom need an upgrade. It was also unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours to the side and above me, so I think there isn’t much soundproofing. "

"A good hotel at a fair price. For sure, not a luxury hotel but, for the price, good rooms and good breakfast. Parking included in price. Nice people in reception and at breakfast. 12 minutes walk to S-bahn. Biggest disadvantage was a slow and erratic internet that made Zoom-meetings almost impossible. Would be glad to return if the internet was improved, as it is now, I cannot recommend to anyone who needs internet."
