"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

En arrivant tout est parfait, mais durant le séjour les verres et bouteilles vides ne sont pas ramsassés, le Vanity kit n’est pas remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau je me serais attendu à mieux du personnel de chambre. Piscine super, sauna A1"

"Once was, a grand hotel. Restaurants they list on website close early and though they claim having 4 restaurants I never saw more than one open. Furniture in room was worn. AC in room didn't work. Very few outlets in room. Cousins to be smoke free property, everytime I walked up to main entrance had to walk through smokers."
