"My mom and I escaped to McMinnville for wine tasting and relaxation in May and I this was a perfect location! Close enough to town that wine tour guide would pick us up at the door, but far enough that we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the area. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the flower farm during a break in the rain. The large fridge and comfortable king beds were perfect for two adults on a mission to eat and drink our fill! We didn’t have the weather to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but...

"It was a great neighborhood and quiet. The game room was amazing and loved by all. The kids loved the decor. Also has an outside space to eat if you are a group of 6. We had a few ants in the kitchen on the 2nd day but had bug spray under the kitchen sink that did away with them. Overall we enjoyed the stay at the getaway and the kids loved it too. The hosts were also available to contact if needed. Very accessible to places we wanted to go. 5 stars ."

My only comment would be that parts of the neighborhood are visually run down but at no time did I ever feel unsafe."

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....

"Traveling with a dog, there was lots of places nearby to walk while still feel safe. There dog treats at the front desk, and a nice quiet pet area easily accessible. Neighborhood appeared to be safe, there was not homeless people camping around the hotel unlike other places I’ve stayed recently. "
