New Construction
Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg.


Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms with additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device.


Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few.

Great Spring Break Stay

Family of 4, including two kids 11 and 8. We loved our stay, the kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The location was great for walking into town, probably 10 minute brisk walk. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to come home and relax after a long day in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge. Beds were very comfortable, but would suggest bringing blankets when the weather is cool.

Cozy and Convenient Stay – Highly Recommended!

My stay was wonderful! The place was very cozy, in a great location, clean, and extremely comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a full-length mirror, which could be a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

Great Gatlinburg Condo!

We loved our condo stay in Gatlinburg! The condo was spectacularly clean, had everything we needed for our 3 days, comfy and cozy!! When I had a question for Charles, he responded immediately. Nice place

Clean, liked the balcony, covered parking for one vehicle, teenagers liked the 3rd floor bed and bath. Close enough to walk to downtown, but wouldnt want to walk any farther. Double oven was nice too, would have liked to have at least one more sheet pan. Only real negative was the WiFi did not work well on the first floor. Would stay here again!

Nice newer townhouse downtown

The VRBO was nice and newer. Has all the necessary amenities. The walk to downtown is about 2 or 3 blocks. Very happy with this rental and will use again if available. Make sure you have your check in information before arriving, in case you have no Wi-Fi connection to check your emails. Cell service can be spotty depending on your service provider. Thanks Charles, we will be back!

Perfect place to be!

We loved the property! It looks just like the photos and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to shops, restaurants, etc. which we liked. If you have any mobility problems you may not want the upstairs bedroom. The stairs could be challenging. The floors/spiral stairs were a little dirty. And, I would reccommend some light blocking curtains in the main bedroom. The security light from the property behind are very bright all night long. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and communication was great!

Mountain weekend

The condo was pretty nice. Not nearly as close to the conference site as was indicated. We did have an issue with fruit flies which was upsetting. There were no bedside lamps in any of the 3 bedrooms. The sheets on the beds didn't seem to be very clean. There were black specks on all of them. On the upside, the bathrooms were very clean and the condo was in a safe location. We would probably not rent this for next years conference.
